Week 1

 

 

Hello, all!

 

This art was created from a pencil, just a regular number 2. I also used a reference photo. Today I decided to draw realism even though I don't usually draw that style. I think that learning to draw realism is really helpful no matter what style because it helps you with learning proportion. I'm excited to continue learning so I can improve my art!

 

 

I decided not to do a close up because the pencil gets really grainy. (I wonder if that means I should do more blending...) The size of the picture is 6 inches tall and 3 inches wide, so just a small sketch.
