Week 30: Finished Landscape Painting!

Hello, artists.

I finally finished my landscape painting! I still can't believe how long it takes to paint these paintings. I think that from last week, my painting looks so much better. I love the country side, so I thought I would paint it this time. I think that if I do a landscape painting again, I would love to try a forest scene. 

Anyway, here is my finished painting from this week:

As you can see, I toned the colors down a lot because the colors in nature do not match the ones in the tubes. I also added more detail, highlights, and shading into the finished painting. I tried doing the darker in the front and lighter in the back technique, and I think that did the trick. Overall, I'm really happy with the way this turned out!
